Bakery compound is made from refined vegetable oils and fats with whitish appearance and pliable texture. It helps to moisturize and soften the dough that retains moisture of finished bakery products with softer crumbs, and hence achieve longer shelf life. It is suitable to use in bread, buns, oriental steamed buns and other yeast raised products. Non-hydrogenated option is available.
